Associate Manager, Product Marketing

Who We’re Looking For:

MyHealthTeam is seeking an Associate Manager, Product Marketing to help build awareness and adoption of existing product features, and to aid in go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new features. You will report to the senior manager of product marketing, and you’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to deliver marketing campaigns that connect and engage members on our social networks.

We’re growing, so there are plenty of other cool things to tackle. This is a true growth opportunity for the right individual looking to build on their skill set.

What you get to do every day:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of GTM initiatives for bringing new products and features to market
  • Develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement on our social networks
  • Aid in customer research; partner with community and product teams to uncover feedback and new insights
  • Turn customer insights into hypotheses for new product marketing tests
  • Develop, execute, and report on results for test initiatives
  • Set up A/B tests within website and CRM tools
  • Develop messaging strategies and test plans for product features
  • Partner with creative teams to develop briefs and manage creative feedback process
  • Perform competitive tracking and analysis

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS), or related experience
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Asana
  • Experience with CRM is a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity — not just answering the question being asked, but looking at the results and thinking about what deeper dives may be necessary or relevant
  • Extreme attention to detail and rigorous approach to quality control
  • Strong problem-solving skills and great at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
