Associate Manager — CRM

Who We’re Looking For:

MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, is seeking an Associate Manager of CRM to help drive user engagement through high-impact, data-driven marketing campaigns. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of email, web push, and SMS campaigns — leveraging automation, personalization, and A/B testing to optimize performance.

What You Get To Do Every Day:

  • Execute, optimize, and manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Build and refine automated customer journeys that drive engagement and retention.
  • Create and optimize templates for email, SMS, and push notifications with a focus on personalization and brand consistency.
  • Perform rigorous QA testing for campaigns and act as a secondary QA reviewer for other content channels.
  • Maintain and track a daily campaign deployment schedule to ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and automate segmentation strategies to improve targeting and campaign performance.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve key metrics (opens, CTR, and conversions).
  • Track campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor email deliverability and sender reputation, addressing any issues to maintain strong inbox placement.
  • Partner with the Content, Product, and Data teams to align messaging and strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Three to five years of hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns across email and SMS
  • Proficiency with at least one major CRM platform — preferably Iterable or Braze
  • A working knowledge of HTML and experience troubleshooting and modifying email templates
  • Familiarity with Handlebars or similar templating logic for dynamic content
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project management software like Asana
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Expected Salary Range

$65,000 — $80,000
