Paid Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Who We’re Looking For:
MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, is seeking a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our Acquisition Team. In this role, you will focus on executing digital strategies to deliver audience growth for MyHealthTeam communities. You are detail-oriented and analytical, and you can manage multiple digital channels for various campaigns.
The Paid Acquisition Specialist will report to the Paid Acquisition Senior Manager. Your role will be essential in setting up and optimizing campaigns across multiple paid social and paid search platforms, with a sharp focus on programmatic advertising.
What You Get To Do Every Day:
- Manage the execution of paid campaigns across multiple digital channels, including asset refreshes, target audience optimizations, and introducing new creative concepts
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, and performance to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of KPIs
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
- Create and implement creative testing on ads and landing pages, using insights to optimize conversion rates
- Provide strategic recommendations on audience targeting, ad creatives, ad copy, and new channel exploration to yield successful results
- Create outside-of-the-box ideas to help develop innovative campaign strategies that drive subscriber and member growth
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in acquisition marketing
- Assist in budget management across multiple channels
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Two to four years of related experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)
- Experience using GA4 and Tableau to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Excitement to roll up your sleeves and engage with internal teams in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive self-starter who will seek out and define opportunities, including for their own personal growth
- The ability to collaborate and provide strategic direction across various technical and creative teams
- Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leveraging consumer data to find quality customers and engage, retain, and reactivate through various marketing channels
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Experience with in-depth analytics and problem-solving, the ability to think strategically while being detail- and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities

Expected Salary Range
$75,000 — $85,000
