Performance Marketing Specialist – Bilingual (Spanish/English), Remote Contract Role
Who We’re Looking For:
MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist — Bilingual (Contractor) to support our paid marketing initiatives for our healthcare media partners. This contract role will focus on tactical paid social, search, and programmatic campaign execution and optimization with an emphasis on audience quality (IQVIA/Crossix), budget efficiency, and performance metrics. Your role will be essential in ensuring even UV delivery while driving a qualified audience for our clients.
This is an independent contractor position, 40 hours per week, for six months. This position has the potential for a permanent full-time hire. It’s ideal for a bilingual (Spanish and English), detail-oriented, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can work autonomously to deliver high-impact digital marketing results.
What You Get to Do Every Day:
Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Quora, Reddit, programmatic networks (i.e., StackAdapt), and more.
- Refresh ad assets, adjust bidding strategies, test and optimize target audiences, and introduce new creative concepts.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, and performance to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of KPIs.
- Create outside-of-the-box ideas to help develop innovative campaign strategies that drive more diagnosed users to our sites.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and platform-specific tools.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on performance data.
Strategic Planning and Innovation
- Conduct competitive and keyword research to identify new opportunities.
- Recommend A/B tests, channel expansion, or creative strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Identify automation or workflow enhancements to drive efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Partner Results, and Ad Ops teams to shape data-driven optimization strategies that tie directly to client success metrics.
- Proactively communicate project status, roadblocks, and delivery dates.
What We’re Looking For
- One to two years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with proven experience in writing compelling and conversational ad copy and creatives in Spanish
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Tableau to identify trends and optimization opportunities, including analyzing traffic and audience quality
- A proactive self-starter who will seek out and define opportunities, including for their own personal growth
- Experience with in-depth analytics and problem-solving, the ability to think strategically while being detail- and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and campaign scaling
- Experience leveraging tools like ChatGPT or generative AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, or improve campaign performance
Skills That Aren’t Required, but Definitely a Plus
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in health-related ad campaigns

Expected Salary Range
$20 — $45 an hour
