Senior Product Analyst

Who We’re Looking For:

MyHealthTeam is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to serve as the Data Team’s primary member in support of all things related to product management and development. This person will support the company’s Product Team by identifying and tracking key performance insights, implementing and analyzing experiments, and providing deep-dive analyses to better understand the impact we have on our growing audience base. 

What You Get To Do Every Day:

  • Create metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of product feature changes and rollouts
  • Serve as a thought partner for our Product and Engineering teams with regard to experiment design and data collection
  • Use tools to perform analyses, including A/B tests, pre/post analysis, segmentation, clustering, and similar exercises
  • Define and document key performance indicators surrounding metric performance
  • Monitor the user experience and ensure we have the means to understand it

Skills That Aren’t Required, but Definitely a Plus

  • Professional or personal experience in social networks or digital media sites
  • While prior health industry experience is not required, please show proof that you can be a passionate and quick learner

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in consumer analytics or product-related roles, with at least 4 years performing analysis of immersive digital product experiences
  • Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and experience supporting product teams with data, especially in fast-moving 100-500 person internet companies
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills for data analysis and experimentation
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of statistics, including distributions and long tails
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or QuickSight and event-driven analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset for exploring deeper insights beyond initial questions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data to nontech audiences

Expected Salary Range

$100,000 — $165,000
